Shipping, Delivery, Return, and Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Monoj Das, We are committed to providing you with high-quality life coaching services, courses, and digital products. Please review our policies below to understand how we handle shipping, delivery, returns, and refunds.


1. Shipping Policy

Since we primarily offer digital products (e.g., eBooks, online courses) and virtual services (e.g., life coaching sessions), no physical shipping is required. All products and services are delivered electronically or accessed online.

2. Delivery Policy

Digital Products (eBooks, Courses, etc.)

  • After completing your purchase, you will receive an email with a download link or access instructions to your digital product(s).

  • If you do not receive the email within 24 hours, please check your spam/junk folder. If you still cannot locate it, contact us at mail@monojdas.com

Life Coaching Services

  • After booking a coaching session, you will receive a confirmation email with details about your session, including the date, time, and meeting link (if virtual).

  • For in-person sessions, the location and timing will be confirmed via email or phone.

3. Return Policy

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products (e.g., eBooks, online courses), all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been downloaded or accessed.

Life Coaching Services

  • If you need to reschedule or cancel a coaching session, please notify us at least 1 days  in advance. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the session.

  • No refunds will be issued for no-shows or last-minute cancellations.

4. Refund Policy

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products and services. However, if you are not completely satisfied, please review our refund policy below.

Digital Products

  • Refunds are only considered if the product is defective or inaccessible due to technical issues on our end.

  • To request a refund, contact us at mail@monojdas.com within 1 to 3 days of purchase. Please include your order details and a description of the issue.

  • Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will process the refund within 1 to 4 business days.

Life Coaching Services

  • If you are unsatisfied with a coaching session, please contact us within 1 to 2 days to discuss your concerns. We will work with you to resolve the issue or provide a partial/full refund if appropriate.

  • Refunds are not available for completed sessions or no-shows.

Online Courses

If you are unsatisfied with an online course, contact us within 1 to 3 days of purchase to request a refund. Refunds will only be issued if you have not completed more than 30% of the course content.
